We stayed for just the one night and only had breakfast with you. The food was nice and Ellie came out with some pan au chocolat which had been freshly baked. Very nice. Ellie was welcoming, friendly and genuine and was incredibly understanding when I rushed back 15 minutes after checking out as I'd left a ring in my bedroom. The ring means a lot to me and she promptly let me back in the room where I was able to retrieve it. She was very kind as I was clearly emotional about the situation and extremely relieved to be reunited with it! Sue on the night time shift (and the person she was training) were also friendly and helpful, especially given that we'd arrived at midnight after a four hour drive.

Really impressed with the look and standard of the hotel. Very modern and clean. Rooms were spacious and had great facilities for a short stay. The hotel is in the motorway services area but it was so quiet and right next to the man services where you can grab food and drinks etc. Hotel itself has a small bar and serves pizzas and a continental style breakfast. The staff were so helpful and friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. Really easy access to Liverpool airport, Cheshire Oaks and lots of other places of interest. We especially loved Ellie who was on reception. So warm and friendly and helpful. Would definitely use this place again

The last 6 weeks i stayed at Premier Inn. The stay at the Super 8 Chester East, was excellent, the room was comparable, for size, bed at super 8 was the same size and as comfy, The amenities in the room were great, and at reception were brilliant, to be able to get snacks, drinks even pizza, amazing. Maybe a little thing, the pillows were a little soft, but that maybe personal taste. This is the future of affordable a hotel staying coupled with quality.

The rooms were lovely. Newly refurbished I would say. The beds were SO comfy, I wanted to take the mattress home! Nice big shower. The breakfast was better than I was expecting. The girl that was there was super chatty and nice and made a point of speaking to my girls. Considering it’s in a service station I didn’t hear any car noise. The room was a good size for 2/3 people and pretty clean. Very handy location. Only about 15 minutes from Chester zoo.

I really enjoyed speaking with the manager of the establishment; Katie. Not only was she highly professional and courteous, but she was incredibly positive, warm, and friendly. I would love to revisit the hotel and see her again, as she was a fantastic representative for the brand. Although slightly dear, the newly refurbished hotel was spacious, clean, well decorated and comfortable to stay in.
